Is it possible to buy the side skirts for the 96-99 celicas and install them onto the 94-95 ones??

do you mean the stock ones or aftermarket. Of course the aftermarket you can get but im not sure if anyone makes a stock design besides toyota but you could ask around. I liek my stock ones
 , expecially after i add the back lip!

Hmmm thats a good ? where can you get those. Im sure you could prob get some from toyota but they would be high. Not sure where else but the z glide is close to them.

I would say get the z-glide ones they will be cheaper then from toyota and look a little better.

To answer your question, yes but it would be cheeper to get aftermarket ones.
