Do you have any problems with the cover thing rattling?

Yeah how is the rattling I would like to put some mid back there it would be cool I think. Also how did you run the wires could get some picks of them and how they are ran.

Very cool you did a great job.

my hatch cover is pretty tight back there. Just check yours out, get into the back seat and try to move the cover around. I have NO RATTLING AT ALL. I did some research for good bass handling 6x9s ( with and without an amp ) and I came up with a nice set of Alpines. Polk and Infinity are really good for bass but I would be under powering them without an amp. Alpines were the best fit for me ( no amp ). They sound great. I have great bass responce and I haven't distorted them yet.

I'll post a pic of the wires in a few days. I just disconected the rear 6.5s and continued those wires out the rear strut covers. My rear strut covers are off because of the rear strut bar back there. I only needed about 2 feet of wire for each side.

I'm not too happy with the look of the Alpine grills, I wanted something less flashy but I wouldn't trade a thing for the way they sound biggrin.gif

Been there done that. It's just not that important to me anymore. Plus I don't feel like spending the $$
