After long months of searching - on Saturday I picked up my 6th gen Celica!
It's a 95' GT liftback 5spd. Beautiful w/ 70k miles on it.

I took it up to the mountains - Dammmmmmn! This thing corners like a mutha!
Pictures and story are on my blog: http://www.ghettotoyota.com
I just bought some AutoRX and plan to change to synth oil soon.

Now I have this nice long (and expensive) wish list:

New Rims
GT4 hood / front
New paint job
ST Sway bars
New shocks/springs?
Burien Turbo Kit?
JDM Projector Lights (mmmm)

Alas! They're all expensive! So many choices!

Awesome! Glad to hear that you got a car, and that low of mileage on a '95 is excellent! It looks great! smile.gif

nice nice, my brother has bad the celica for the past 2 years. Its been through alot of mods, and girls, but we wont get into that, lol. Girls are attracted to the Celi's i guess...lol. He's replaced the engine twice, now the engine has around 40-45k so its in pretty good condition. Only thing mainly wrong with it is the front bumper has a few cracks in it. The lip i have for it fits 94-96 bumpers i think, so im needing one of those :\. So yeah, this was a big confidence booster going from a 179.8k mile CRX to this. My exhaust doesnt rattle when letting off the throttle or shifting now, haha, well thats my 2 cents

Thanks thanks all, Berkeley is in CA - right outside of San Francisco. I'm actually a student here, and I've seen about 3 or 4 other 6gens around the streets. I'm thinking about tagging a note on em to come out to the boards.

I'm changing the oil soon, and have heard great things about the Fumoto oil valve. Can anyone tell me what size wrench to use when changing my oil? I can't seem to find it in the manual.
