Test fitted my bodykit/hood/trunk lid/TRD wing tonight.. heres some pics for you guys to enjoy... I will also do the GT4 folding mirrors and eventually the GT4 front with the 404 front lip but prolly not till next spring. Not sure if I like how the TRD wing looks from certian angles so please post your opinions about it.. be critical!!

Nice work Matt! The car is coming along nicely. As for the wing, I prefer the GT4 wing. It just flows better with our smoothly curved cars. I do love those skirts though....and cheap too. Those pics have helped me decide on my kit choice....
 Question for you: if you are going to do the GT4 front end, why would you buy the 404a lip? You know what that beast needs? Answer: manual transmission! Looks nice. Makes me want to get my peices on but I'm probably gonna wait until spring because I don't want to put it on now, then drive through our rough winters and possibly damage it.

It'll look great once it's finished Matt. I think the wing looks alright. If it's not visually obstucting from the inside then it looks fine. That would be my only worry, of not being able to see out the back. How much higher will the GT4 blocks raise it? 2"? At least snow removal will be easier than with the OEM spoiler!  Edit: From looking at your pics with the angles, I think the spoiler looks good. Take a straight shot of the rear without an angle. I'm thinking it'll look a little wierd??

I was just looking for the GT4 risers for the stock 2 post spoiler.. might get them.. paint it all and see which I like best.. BTW I took that pic of the fog light assembly for you.. will send it to you later when I have time -------------------- 99 project version 3.0.. hello SEMA 2010 =) |

well I have the 404 front lip now and have the 404a lip on its way cuz they sent me the wrong one.. when I do the GT4 front I will custom fit the 404 lip on to it.. there have been a few members that have done it and IMO it looks bad a$$! as for the trans swap.. gonna keep it auto for now.. working on the 5sfte project and will leave it auto.. gonna rebuild the 3s agian and then put that in next year.. when I do that will have to swap trannies 
yea... the TRD one looks AWESOME on the 94 with the custom kit but with the 404 im not really likin it too much.. will prolly paint it and check it out, but think I might end up goin GT4 risers with the 2 post spoiler. if I sell ith then dibs have already gone to the guy buyin the 94
because the 94-95 (two post spoiler) and the 96-99 (three post spoiler) are different.. the TRD wing is perfect fit for the 94-95 style while it doesnt fit the best with the stock holes on the 96-99. I need to see some good pics of the GT4 spoiler.. if neone knows where some good ones are.. like front angle, side and rear etc link em in here thanks NEVER -------------------- 99 project version 3.0.. hello SEMA 2010 =) |
