Everytime I'm at a very low speed around 5MPH there is a squeaky noise coming from the wheels. I don't know if its the brakes because it also squeaks when i'm not even applying the brakes. I sprayed some WD40 on the discs, it stopped the squeaking a little but after a few drives it started to squeak again.

Could it be the my wheels are rubbing against something?

I didn't know if this topic should be in the suspension forum or this one so please move it if nessasary.
