Depends on what E153 tranny ur using. Both the MR2 and Alltrac trannies have the same code, and the alltrac one will not work. The MR2 needs mounting modification.

I have a 93 JDM 3sgte and E-153 tranny in my USDM 6th generation Celica right now....so, yea, it will fit.
