Hey there everybody,

I have been a member for not too long of this forum and since I am working on quite some modifications to my car, I figured I would make a thread and show you guys what the hell is up with my car.

Here is the list of mods that are going to be done to my car:

- Garret T-28 custom turbo kit
- 850cc injectors
- Fuel pump
- Custom made cat-replacing downpipe
- Blitz Nur Spec R exhaust
- AVC-R boostcontroller
- Rotora breaks front
- Tein suspension with EDFC
- C-One frontbumper
- C-One sideskirts
- C-One rear lip
- GT-FOUR lifter blocks for wing
- 5zigen Pro Racer GN+ 18" rims
- HKS turbo timer
- Apex'i Exhausht temp. gauge
- Apex'i Oil temp. gauge
- AEM Wideband O2 gauge
- AEM EMS ór Autronic EMS
- Shortshifter

Ofcourse we started with getting rid of the old turbo (that was the start of all this, cos i blew off the wastegate of my stock turbo, that used to run on 1.25bar, which was just a little too much i guess). After removing the old turbo and trying to fit the new turbo, it turned out my aussie downpipe could not be used anymore, so we had make a new one, custom. We also had to replace the intercooler connection piece to the turbo. After all this was done, we could put on the turbo.

We put heatwrap on the downpipe so the exhaust gasses stay as hot as possible for faster flow. Then we put on the downpipe:

And to measure exhaust temperature, we made a hole in the adapter plate between the exhaust manifold and the turbo, so the exhaust temp is measured at the very best spot, right out of the engine, but not cooled down yet by the turbo or actual exhaust. This will of course be connected to the Apex'i gauge inside the car later on.

In the meantime we were also working on the inside of my car, we put in the turbo timer and the shortshifter:

While we were working my car, Saunta Class came along and dropped off the rims and brakes. Here are some pictures of the rims, and some pictures with the rims with the customized 6 piston rotora breaking kit.

Now we still need to put together the turbo on the intercooler etc, then it will probably first go to the spray painter to paint my bodykit and my car and in the meantime we can wait for the computer to come in so we can install that right after.

Ill keep this post updated.

Wow! That's awesome! Does Rotora make a kit for the GT-Fours, or is that made for another car and adapted to fit yours?

Actually, this is really cool that you mention it, because Rotora does not make brake kits that are made to fit the ST205, but my tuner (Arnout, better known in the supra world) made it fit for me and can now deliver a kit if you want.

In other words, if you are looking for a really phat brake-upgrade, you can get the 6 piston Rotora braking kit through me and Arnout. Just let me know if you are interested.

Thanks :-)

Yes, this is LHD GT4, they do make them. I have read a lot of posts in different boards where people are thinking about importing one from Japan (to the States) and then converting it to a LHD, which i always though was stupid, since you can just import one from Europe.

Man, that's awesome! I love to see custom work like that! biggrin.gif

Oh yeah, what kind of short shifter is that? It doesn't look like the TRD unit, at least the U.S. one anyway.
