CS is like 600 bucks. Adobe photoshop elements 3.0 is the newest for personal use, for around $60 I think.
I think you missed the meaning in "you could by it if you want..." ...there are many versions of it floating around the internet, kazaa, etc, Photoshop 7.0 being probably the most popular. |

CS is availabe to download off Limewire (www.limewire.org 4 the software to access the P2P network) .. not saying that it wont be a beta version, but u can get full versions on there with serial numbers included...shocking that ppl actually do that...
theres some awsome additions to CS over v6 and 7 if u use it everyday like i do (thank god work bought it & i didnt), but its defo not worth the cash they want for it if all your going to do is mod your car parttime at home.... but if your wanting to mod your car, wheels bodykit, colour change, spoiler, window tint...etc u got to get it to do it...see Mr Limewire or Mr Kazaa |

CS stands for Creative Suite. its a generic name Adobe gave their main products so they could sell them in a bundle.
also lets not talk too explicity about illegal activities guys, the gods might get angry |

Paintshop Pro is more user friendly...I use 8, but 9 is the newest version. Also, paintshop pro has the integrated animation pro 3, which you can make fun little smiley gifs...i'm sure you can do it w/ PS, but...meh. .
