As you can see i am painting some parts of the engine bay red. I just had to do something with the rest of the red paint after painting my calipers.
This is still a work in progress. Another coat of red paint is due and some polishing after that. Furthermore, my custom cooling panel (not seen in pictures) will be painted red also.

comments please?

Looks good...
Try to finish it soon...and choose the parts you are going to paint carefully.
Also you are removing the parts when you painting them or you paint them as they are installed??

and magic, yes i remove first the parts that are getting painted. (well, those that are easy to remove yes)
I use oil painting drawing brush. Results are ok but i expect they will look much better when polished a bit.

Unfortunately, the paint for the heat shield protector thing was burnt. I guess the downpipe/manifold of a turbo car really gets hot!!! Its a good thing i have the same parts on my curren so i can interchange if i dont like the result. he he

nice job neoklis. good ideas there. think about painting fancover behind radiator too. thanks for last weekend. it was a nice smal meeting. i installed my cooling panel. but i am so upset with my engine that i didnt want to have phtos mad.gif
i am working on fensport style engine side covers now.
