I was trieing to replace my fuel filter today. Got the top line off, no problem. When i attempted to get the bottome, main line disconected, i really couldnt se anything. But during the process i twisted the metal fuel line, put a big dent in it. Hopefully it wont affect anything. Anyway, still didnt replace the filter.

Any ideas?

Make sure that the fuel will still flow. With the bottom fuel line disconnected, crank the engine over once or twice and see if fuel comes out freely, if it seems somewhat restricted you will need to get a new fuel line. Make sure you replace any washers needed (I'm not sure if there are copper washers there or not), if you don't you could cause a fuel leak and start a fire (we burned my friends Eclipse GS-t to the ground that way).

edit: Make sure that you catch the gas some way, don't let it get all over the place.

the bottom fuel line twist the opposite direction. So you just kinda have to get a set of nuts and bolts to get the logic on how to turn the wrench. It took me a while to do.
