So, the good news is I'm driving to work tomorrow in a hulking great yank V8 barge thing. I shall be mostly blipping the throttle with the windows down.

The bad news is that I'm in the pony car because my beloved is still being tended to. I'd like to tell you exactly what's wrong with it, but when I spoke to my mechanic I didn't understand all the words. I got "irritating bloody minded pain in the arse pile of Japanese ****" I believe........

....I think the transmission and ABS are being a little bit challanging somehow.

:doh:

he's driving a V8 mustang to work tomorrow because his GT FOUR is in the shop, and he's not sure why, but he thinks it may be the tranny and/or ABS.

btw, sorry to hear buddy, but enjoy the pony while you have it. they are fuuuuuun.

Actually, I know exactly what's wrong with it - I just don't understand all the words my guy used as;

1) He was crying
2) I don't know as many swear words as he does apparently.

She's being a little *bitch* right now apparently.

The pony car is ok. Great engine. Terrible car. Acres of cheap black plastic and the gearbox and suspension from a tractor. It wouldn't know what a corner was until it understeered off one.

But, with all that, I find myself really liking the beast. It's really good fun, in a crude 1970's kind of way.

Nothing wrong with crude.
