umm jet lee usese all strings lol and jackie chan yes is good but his movies are relaly gay they are stupid too much gay humor..and bruce leee i have all his videos hes awesome too but hes the past..this guy is now and damn hes got moves takes hit more than jackie and jet..i dont think jet is even that good its all special effects

On the contrary, jet li is a renowned martial arts champion and martial arts movie legend internationally. There are also other legends such as Donnie Yen which i met in real life and let me say, He can kick anyones arse. he better known for his role in shanghai knights, but this dude can move. anyways yeah im not saying tony jaa aint good, hes amazing in fact i loved his movie, but you cant say jet li and jackie chan sucks, I mean jackie chan is a record holder, there has to be a reason why he has one right and thats because hes talented.

Jet Li was the National Wu Shu champion of China for five years straight. And then he retired from the sport at the age of 17!! Yes, Jet Li does use string and harnesses, but only in the epic Chinese films when his character flies or leaps 50 feet in the air or crazy stuff like that. All his martial arts scenes are for real.

And you cant fairly compare to Jackie Chan's more recent movies because he purposely does comedy action films. They are suppose to be funny, not super bad ass like Bruce Lee or Jet Li films.

not to burst any bubbles, but in the trailer for one of his movies it seems evident that this guy uses some strings too. He jumps from shoulder to shoulder!?! gasp! Oh, and the 4th clip in the "making of" he is pinned between a table and another table held by a person, and it is pretty evident he is using padding, buddy.

nonetheless, the guy is amazing.

I think this guy is fairly raw in that he doesn't use any wires or padding. I watched the movie (even though I couldn't understand the language) and had no subtitles. I think he is a great fighter and might finally get Muay Thai more into the media. (then maybe they woudl establish a school close to me.... )

Basically, he will be Very successful and will make more movies overseas. Later, after several years he will come to america, learn english, be seduced by corporate hollywood, and become a million doller man so to speak. Don't you love the way the system works?


As of now, I am impressed with his athletics. I'd still fight him though.

well this movie been out b4 it hit usa sooo i saw it already..it nothing new to me..it just fist and a guy goes HEEEEEYYYAAAAAAAAA when he throw a punch..Imao...jet lee and jackie chan is a true chinese kung fu...
back in the old days there was no effect sooo everything got to be real...if u say jackie chan use strings...then i want to know how in the world did he broke his knee and hurt himself doin his own stunts...hmmm go figurers...

Now I wonder did micheal jackson use any strings when he hold his lil bro in the song film call "if you black or white"..and he go heeeeeeeeeheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee


or the time when he got his hair bunt...was that real or was that effects...
