 sports compact pro, scam or real? |

I was contacted by e-mail by Corey Knight Sports Compact Pro scout and he wanted to have SCP sponsor me. The only thing is though is that they where formerly known as Racer X, but I know nothing about them. I was wondering if they were a scam or a real sponsor. I just think there is somthing funny about having to pay to be sponsored, from what I know about sponsors,if your sponsored they pay for the parts or money that is given to you. Does this sound like a scam to you. Or does anyone know anything about this Sports Compact Pro?

there are a couple of people i know that were "sponsored" through Racer X. i'll ask them about it for you Christina.

Its a sponsor, so dont pay them anything.. thats just stupid.
