After reading this how to article:
http://www.6gc.net/index.php?action=howto&itu=72

I was wondering what you can gain with this?
Only to set-up the best air/fuel ratio? does this affect the performance a "lot"?

Or is it more a toy/gimmick?

Just curious

I know someone with it on a GSR Integra and It really helps on his car. He was able to adjust when his vtec kicked in, and also solved the problem of running lean after he was in Vtec. I dont know what you stand to gain on a 5s or 7a, but I could see it on a turbo'd car or a High rev'n N/A.

If it is set right, you can gain a little (like +5hp at max..) but then you have bigger airflow, larger exaust and etc, and then you missing some fuel insome places, playing with your ignition, fuel/air ratio, you can gains somthing..... but again - not too much.... But visual effect adds way more biggrin.gif
