ok when i get the 3sgte engine will the greddy exhaust system help eliminate turbo lag or will custom piping be better

i have custom 2.25 exhaust on right know

the Greddy SP is 2.3" its not going to be big enough for a 3SGTE. go with custom 3" or larger piping. remember with forced induction bigger is better.

what size of turbo do you have?

the best thing to do is get a new flywheel and clutch system. that will help your engine rev up faster. also get some cold air in there.

edit: anything that you can get naturally that will improve acceleration will help.

quit worrying about lag, it wont be a problem on the 3sgte unless you put huge ass turbos on there

the stock turbo on it has very little lag.

the greddy sp will do for a 3sgte swap, you might want to eventually get a 3" exhaust later on but first it seems like you need to do a little more research.
