I know some say they are basically the same. I had them set side by side and some parts are different. Anyone know if there are any differences?

The titles I know for sure are different, ST=GT, GT=GT-S. As far as mechanically I couldn't tell you, the only Canadian vehicle i've ever driven was a 96 Z28.

Yeah the speedometer is kph, but I don't think that has anything to do with the engines looking different.

The ST is not a GT in Canada. STs are just STs. The GT and GT-S have 5SFEs, but there is no real difference between the Canadian GT and GT-S. The GT-S supposedly has more options but the majority of Canadian 5SFEs are in GT-Ss. I drive a GT-S and don't have much for options (no leather, no sunroof). I've never seen a Canadian GT myself (and thought them to be non-existant) but apparently a few people here have them. It would be nice to know what makes a GT-S a GT-S.

I don't think I have sport suspension either though (what's the easiest way to check?)
