I've got the Haynes one... it's got a few helpful things and was really helpful when I first started learning about my celica. However, it's not the best in the world... but still better than nothing. Never seen the chilton book on the celica, but I've got one for 2 other cars in the family and I'd pick those over haynes.

check the refresh rate on your computer monitor. i used to get headaches from computer screens when my resolution was at 60htz... bump it up to 75 or 85htz and see if it helps

ive used the chilton many times and find it very handy for the do it yourself mechanic..... lots of good pics. havnt used the official celica manual yet.... but i may dive into it soon

What i dont like is the fact that they put the st with the gt. Very confusing trying to seperate the two.

they also leaves things out of the book. but it is only ~ $20

The chilton is decent. Its been helpful for some things, but it seems oddly quiet about some of the more useful things. I looked in it this weekend for how to remove the front bumper/ cover, and there was nothing. Thankfully I had free time, and a socket wrench, so the bumper came off with using a little thinking.

The chilton is useful, and good to have, but far from comprehensive.
