TIECC.net 5th gen work

hey guys whats up
on celicatech there is a gb for 5th gens with a company for vertical kits at a good price and i've been talking to the guy about a kit for our cars at a good price
well how does
bolt on kit for 650-700$ sound?

but i need a member willing to let them use your car to fabricate the kit
so we can make this happen and you will get an even better deal then the rest of us!

the shop is in cocoa beach, FL
let me know if your interested and can help out!

Danny it only opens like 60 degrees. Real lambo (ie gt factory) opens 90.

Would be very nice to buy gtfactory for 700 bucks

hey...im from orlando fl, which is bout an hour away from cocoa beach. I can let them use my car to fabricate the kit, of course as long as they give me a good deal. But just get me in touch with them or something and see how many people are willing to buy the kit if it is fabricated. But, the point is if they need a car to fabricate the kit, they can use mine.

send me a pm if u have any further information.

yea most kits are only 60* yuri

gt factory only opens 90* because its a weld on kit and has bigger complications...although a nice kit
this is completely bolt on and much easier to install and i think will be fine

hey i really want these and i'll let you know next week if i am going to be able to get these.and i would also be able to ket them use my car

i'm not really that close, but i need any discount i can get and i'll be done with everything i have to do to the interior with two weeks and then its just gonna sit there another 2 or 3 weeks till it goes to tampa

plus my car doesn't run so i don't have to worry about down time with no car consideringa it is already down.

oh no you don't have to go down to florida haha
thats just were they will be produced
and not anytime in the near future
cause i still have to work out a deal with the company
and only one car (that lives near by) will go to the company to be the donor car

but thats just an interest list

after we get some pics of the "donar" car I may be in. Im still wondering if I should just put in an extra $300 and get the GT doors. But $700 shipped isnt that bad. I like the GT doors tho because they can open normally and/or vertically, or do all door kits do that?

these open normally and then up as its already been stated on page 1

but i don't need "i wanna see pics first then i'll tell ya"
go look at madmods, forkee, ect.... see if you like lambo doors and then make a decision.....

i need commitment not potential bailers
if i have a guy make 5 kits for 5 guys i need 5 guys in the end

Depending on what the payment structure is for this if its a dp and then final payment I would def be interested. Let me know when you get more information.

ok, dont count me in until you get final answers. I know some people that would sell it and install it for $1000, they only sell the kit for $700.

aite peeps we are READY TO GET ON THE MOVE
i NEED 5 people for sure

DETAILS:

payment methods will be 2 stage
down payment and a final payment
expect the final cost to be no more then 650-700$

i have a donor car ready to go and they will need 1 week with the car

the doors open out like normal and then go up
also in the hinges as i have been told are made spots for LED's for a truely unique touch (they make a kit for that) so that when your doors open the LED's will come on and light up! (this is just an option)

but right now he is doing a suburu kit and will need a little bit of time to finish with that b4 starting on ours currently he is talking to the donor car for arrangements to check out the car and what will need to be done....

I think $350 for a DP is a good ammount, half now half later. If its not $700 I say we do half for a dp and half later. I hope its gonna be cheaper than $700 tho.

You know what would be real smart, to get some one who has the kit and the skills to replicate a bolt on kit, and sell it for half the price... since im sure it doesnt cost nearly $250 to make.

well, i called the guy today, and he isnt in orlando anymore, he went back to cocoa beach. So he asked me to drive down to cocoa beach on friday so he can take a look at the car and estimate how long its going to take to make the door kit and to work out the details on when to start. So ima drive down there on friday. he told me that he is working on a subaru right now, and he'll need another week to finish that car. but i guess after that its all clear for them to start working on making the kit. so prolly from the 19th-25th of this month, or somewhere around there, they'll be working on the car.
i'll give yall an exact date on friday after i get back from cocoa beach to tell yall the exact date he'll gimme.

set up a paypal account, it would only take 5 mins, and then send the money.

My guess is that Playr setup a personal account - which doesn't allow credit cards. However, all transactions are free. If he sets up a business account to allow credit cards, all transactions now cost him 2.9% of the total.

My suggestion to Playr. Keep your personal account and setup another business account. All credit card payments can go there, but let everyone know it will cost 2.9% to do so. (ex. 700 x102.9% = 720.30 )

I really want this, however, I wanted to know if anyone had a video of these vertical doors in action. It says they open normally, then up. Do you have to open them all the way or what? And also, it says on the website that they come with LEDs embedded in the arms and they also give you a choice of colored shock covers. will these two options be available? Thanks.

EDIT: Basically...Anyone have a video of this in action? Do we get to choose the LED colors embedded into the arms? Do we get to choose the arm cover colors? How many shocks does it bring? And how many pounds can each shock support? Is there any warranty?

I'm just asking because $700 is a lot for me. Thanks :-)

yes you get LED, and shock covers

how many shocks? lol 2 one for each door just like every other kit

and no there is no video

but it opens out enough normally for you to get in but its a "tight squeeze" so to get in and out doors for the most part should go up

yeah its not real easy to get in and out with them up or down but its the look you buy them for, and if you are not like 300 lb you can get in and out without them going up.

also what colors are the shocks, if they are just black and aluminum i wouldn't want covers. and yeah i know i don't have to get them i am just saying, and i would like to see pics of the leds, that sounds a bit ricy, you can't just put leds anywhere and it be cool.

If he is then im dropping off car for sure on saturday.

I just took a short video with my phone. I could give it to one of you guys if you want or tell me how to up load it. You can get in with out opening the doors up but it is a tight squeeze.

hey forkee, can you please take like 5 pics of the door open at different angles, and then 5 pics of it open. I dont really need 5, i just wanna see it from as many angles as possible. And how much did you pay to get them installed? Im thinkin about taking on the task of doing it myself, but im not sure yet, gotta see if any1 else wants 2 help me. Oh ya, and forkee, how hard do u have to shut the door, b/c on that web site that is making our lambo doors they say pull the door down and slam it to close it. I dont know if I like that idea....

i totally forgot about taking the different angles. so here are just the fully open pics. i installed it myself with the help of a friend. i made up a "how to" somewhere in the threads. closing the vertical doors is just as effortless as regular doors, no need to slam them.
