I have a question...Ive decided to go with the cold air intake instead of the Short Ram air....but now the question is...where the heck do i find one.., and ive checked ebay and all they have are ones that fit ST's. If you guys could help me out that would be super...thanks a bunch!

Nope, no CAI's for GT, you'll have to make one yourself.

EvilSpeed.com makes CAI's for ST's and was supposed to be working on a CAI for the GT. Nothing yet though. I think the EvilSpeed guy is on this board somewhere too. So as previously mentioned, you'll have to make your own. I need to make one, just havn't got around to it yet.

I have seen a few people on here with custom CAI's on the GT. Maybe one of those people can help us out and give us some advice on making our own that would be awesome.

so why is the injen a lot more than the weapon R? While I was shopping around on the web for the cheapest injen, one called it a "cold air ram intake" ??

I got my intake from EMI Performance, it was the cheapest I found, but I want to make a custom CAI. And about that "cold air ram intake", give us the link I am sure somebody can tell you what it should really be called. The injen on the site isnt a CAI, its an short ram.....ive checked with other sites to make sure, its like pressure2's intake with the heatshield. -------------------- 3rd gen ST205 3SGTE - Alive and boosting. |

Check into the Dr. CIA on the parts database section this site. I don't know if they started sellling them yet but there was a website listed. Looks like it is someones small business but its still worth checking out.

Unfortunately I believe there isn't a Dr. CAI for GT's.
