ok guy's it's the retarded GT 4 owner again from across the waves rolleyes.gif

any ideas what happened, by boost seems to be all screwed up

if i floor the gas, an go up through the gears the car goes but doesn't kick like it used to i don't think, and boost gauge only hits 0.3kg......

if i'm lazy(i don't do this alot) and put my foot down in a high gear (say 4th only going at 50kph) the boost starts to kick in and and i can show as much as 0.7kg on the gauge....

is this normal, 0.3kg seem real low! what have i broken ????

any ideas would be a great help, thanks

well the good news is that you didnt break anything!

check for any boost leaks, loose holse clamps, etc... around the turbo, intercooler and instake manifold.

im not used to reading boost in kg...only in psi and sometimes bar. so i dont know if the boost readings you are reporting are normal or not.

1.0 kgf= 14.223 psi

Might be in limp mode. Pull the engine codes and see.

Otherwise I agree with Largos. Check for leaks.

Where did you install your boost gauge? If you take off the wrong lines, you're readings will be messed up.
