Ive got them on my Lincoln LS. They look no different than any other HID equipped car. Ive got the 8000k so they are more of a blue tint than white, but they still look like most HID's. The actual light looks like a long skinny tube, if thats what you were asking.

visabilty will be alot brighter compared to stock or even 9005 conversions. On the other hand because are lows don't have cutoffs of any kind you will blind the hell out of anyone infront of your and even to the side(oncoming traffic).

the color of the light doesn't respond well to incliment weather. the more yellow/white the light, the better. when you get to the blues and purples, the light doesn't carry as well through the rain and fog. smile.gif.

It sounds like you would have to pick up a stock fog light and add an bright yellow bulb, Which will help alot with a 8000k H.I.D's on a rainy or foggy day.
