how can i disengage the factory so when i start the car it doesn't lock the doors?

you need to find where the brain is if you want to completely remove it. I don't know where it is, I'm sorry frown.gif

for eliminating the door lock/unlock w/ignition, it *might be possible to disable that function - the best thing to do is to look in the owners manual and look up "operation or programing the alarm/keyless" and it should tell you how to disable it. but it might be one of those safety features you can't change.

I say just yank the brain and start fresh wink.gif

My alarm is under my drivers side front side. Theres a little switch on it to disable it completely. I don't have my keyless entry remote so I just have the alarm disabled. It doesn't lock the doors, no lights flash, the red alarm button by the ignition doesn't come on, etc.
