Does anyone know how much lower the c-one lip for the GT4 hangs down than the stock GT4 bumper?

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

Wow, its hard for me to believe its that much. Here is a picture. Notice how the top of the lip actually sits up on the bumper. I would not guess the bottom hangs down more than an inch but I would be interested if anyone with this lip could chime in.

Here is one without the lip for comparison:

yea, jay, looking at the pics, i would guess 3-4" lower than stock...if you have the sportlines, hmm that'd be pretty close at ALL times..the exact reason i got the oem extensions vs' a lip of some sort.

Hmmm....I must have a bad sense of distance.....

I think this lip would look absolutely HOT with our skirts Manny.

agreed. lol
like i said, the only reason i dont have that or the actual OEM lip is because of how low the front end sits already, the roads around here would just rip that apart, ESPECIALLY if it were fiberglass. thats why i got the oem front extentions. wink.gif
the lines on the oem style ones match perfectly with those sides.
i think one of things thats "tricking" your eyes jay is that in the first pic, the car looks like it has no drop.
the 2nd looks to be at least 1 to 1.5" or so. smile.gif

Take a look at this picture. The lip is higher than the skirts. I am pretty sure I am going to buy this lip.

Thats my car, Ive just been down to the garage and I can confirm that because it actually fits over the lower lip of the bumper it only reduces ground clearance by an inch so no big deal as long as your sensible on approaching steep ramps.
Side note; Fensport still have the lip on their website but a short while ago when I tried to order one I was told they couldnt get them any more, things may have changed but just a heads up for you guys that are interested.

I love your car. It is one of my three favorite 6gc's. The other two are Magic and ST-205.
