So.. around July I moved in with 2 of my best friends. Things were perfect for a while. Then the bickering started. One of my roommates has the worst temper I have ever seen. She will get mad at everything and try to beat the hell out of you. One night she was bitching about me taking a couple of chips from the bag she bought (ridiculous).. and she was getting in my face about it as I was trying to talk to her calmly.. so I kind of pushed her away (not like a full on shove) and told her that I didn't appreciate her being up in my face for something so stupid. Well she thought I was trying to fight her.. and someone seriously had to hold her back from punching me. Psychotic bitch. This led to me having a complete nervous breakdown and having taken to the hospital due to blackouts, etc.

Now, they have these parties at least once a week.. and it's so loud. It lasts until 4 o'clock in the morning. We have gotten 3 warnings, and the next one we're evicted. There is one going on right now.. and as many of you know.. I have turtles.. and apparently someone pissed in their aquarium. One of my turtles was so stressed out.. I had to hold him for an hour before he would calm down. I am SO pissed off. One time, someone poured beer in there.. and I had to take one of my turtles to an emergency clinic because he was barely alive. These turtles are my children.. why would someone do something like that?! Well, the party is still going on.. and I'm sooo tired but I cannot sleep.

Anyway. Another girl moved in not too long ago. She's paying $100/month just to live on the couch. That's when Thomas and I decided to move out. We are so sick of having to deal with them. They bitch at us for everything. They expect us to take out the 10 bags of trash every week. Well, if we don't it just piles up even more. So we have to because they are too lazy to do it.

Gosh. I'm so sick of it here.

I have friends that live together. It will never be for me. I live alone, and hopefully it will always be that way. I like to be responsable for everything myself. If the dishes are dirty, it's my fault and I need to clean them. I don't have to wate around for someone else to do it and then call a house meeting about someone doing something. My advice is, get out, live alone. I still go to friends houses almost every day, but I come home to my peaceful house.

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

Moving in with friends never works out, NEVER. I moved in with 2 of my friends and I just recently moved out for 3 reasons

1. Bledsoe and his girlfriend would always have sex in the shower, and I wouldn't care about it if it wasn't for the fact that my room was next to the bathroom and I could hear the fattness squeekin around...dammit I dont want to hear that crap.

2. CHANGE JAR! we had a big jar that we all put our change in and every christmas we split it up 3 ways and buy gifts for each other, well my roommate decides his needs are greater than ours and takes all the change (8months worth) and spends it on his motorcycle because it needed new farrings and tail. **** HIM! his parents are rich why take our money without asking.

3. Bledsoe got a Min-Pin....that basterd dog pisses on every bit of furniture we had and chewed up around $300 in games and cds that I owned. That and it was an unfriendly dog, we had alot of traffic through our home, people comming people going and he barked and was hatefull to everyone of them.

I moved out and back in with my folks, I dont miss it one bit. dont move in with your friends haha it never works

-Brandon

phew it feels good to rant a little.

and Jen I would kick some ass if I found beer or piss in my aquarium. Megusta Turtles

my brother lived with his friends in college and loved it. he then came home after graduating and moved in with other friends. he loves it. i guess it just depends on how you relate to your friends. why do people mix 2 languages in one sentence? no offense, ive just always wondered...

im currently living with my friend and have been for the past 3 years...we really are like brothers..hell i'd rather live with him then my acutal brother...it honestly depends on how good of friends you are and if you can really acept them for who they are...now im lucky..ive know my room mate since we were born..literally...our grandparents grew up togerher..our parents did...his dad and my mom even went to prom together...and now we are...god forbid if we have kids(there are gonna be sooo screwed up) that hopefully they'll grow up together...dont get me wrong...things aren't always perfect..but thats life..and you gotta deal with things even if they aren't to your advantage...but in your situation jen, i think its time you and ur bf is it...should try living on your own and see how you two do

UPDATE: My fiance and I just left to run a couple of errands.. and were going to come back here to cook our homemade spaghetti and meatballs. I went to the store on Friday and spent $50 on all the ingredients. So we go in the kitchen.. and what do we see. All of the tomato paste. Gone. All of the spaghetti pasta. Gone. They used our parsley, garlic, oregano, and onions.

Our resolution? Take everything that is ours and bring it upstairs. The microwave, all of the food, the silverware, the pots and pans, the iron, the laundry detergent, etc. Luckily we have one of those mini fridges. Somehow we fit everything in there. We turned the cabinet above our toilet (I know) into a pantry.

Man. We move out on the 13th. I seriously cannot wait one more day. Oh and when we move, we take the washer and dryer and a couple of couches with us. biggrin.gif I hope they cry.

Jen, we had the same situation when I moved out. Me and my brother, then a friend paid to sleep on the couch. People did the beer thing to my brothers dog and he almost killed somebody. We ended up putting key locks on our bedrooms when we had parties, so nobody could **** with the **** in there (like the dog). Maybe you could get a snapping turtle to bite the moron sticking his manhood in the turltles cage smile.gif The mess is just like our place too. Of course we were 3 guys. You could go the maid route, but they don't stop by often enough. So we just got girlfriends.... lol. Besides cleaning up for us, they inspired us to clean up the place more.

Move out on your own, or get some different roomates. Try getting older roomates, or live with someone that owns the place so they'll take care of it more. I gotta pool and a spare bedroom cutie, let me know. lol.

ANOTHER UPDATE: We put a lock on our door so we could open it using a key. Well, we left briefly to run and get some food.. and apparently they broke down our door.. and poured bleach all over the bathroom mirror and shower. Is this a situation to call the police?

My advice: Get out now and resolve all disputes later. That situation is a recipe for disaster and, at the very least, more stealing and property damage.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

I dont think moving in with friends works 50% of the time. My sister did that back when she was in university. It lasted about 8 months n she moved out n lives at home now. Her room mates were great friends, but when every one started to relize every ones lil habbits. Things went to hell.

Are you going to f*** with their stuff? Dear god, if someone poured bleach on my s*** I would beat their ass. I would call the police and have them take a look. Get a police report, take some pictures, and if you have any before pictures that would be good as well. How much do you believe they damaged/destroyed?

I'm assuming this one you call "Thomas" is your boyfriend.. Why isn't he laying down the law with the roommates?

I'm sorry but your roommates are Tonto Borrachos.. for real.

Well, we called the cops and they told us to get as much stuff as we could and go to our parents house. We took pictures and plan to show them to the leasing manager either today or tomorrow.

They will go to jail if we go back and our sh-t has been messed with again.

Who's names are on the lease? Be very careful about moving out if your name is on the lease. You might want to talk to the property manager ASAP about the broken door. I had rommate/lease problems before so be careful. I ended up going to court.
