Hmmm. I appear to have a cheap coconutty drink to drive around in.
This Malibu does have the 3.5 litre V6. With 200 (woo) horsepower. And cheap rental tyres, a slush-o-matic and an open diff with 220lb/ft of torque means in the wet it's ****e. A prod of the accelerator spins the front end up, the traction control light comes on and it kills power. The light goes off, and we spin the front end up again. There also seems to be a half second time delay between moving the wheel and anything happening. It's cheap as hell inside, and rattles already with about 1500 miles on the clock. Deep, deep joy. -------------------- JDM ST205

I used my managers in the snow for a bit of fun in an empty parking lot. They just keep getting uglier...Malibu Maxx. Is there no hope for Chevy besides the Z06? I heard that even the Vette will lose the Chevrolet name and be labeled as the GM Corvette.

The U.S. auto industry is in crisis and its going to get worse before it gets better.

If you want a laugh, Chevrolet are trying to sell to the UK.....
http://www.chevrolet.co.uk/ Methinks they may have slightly misunderstood the UK car market... -------------------- JDM ST205

Wow, how about that Lacetti Station Wagon.
"More space usually means less style, and we’re not going to pretend it’s drop dead gorgeous, but the Lacetti Station Wagon is perfect for kids, dogs and anything else you might want to throw in it. And it looks pretty OK too." I think misunderstood is an understatement. -------------------- |

QUOTE(Verde97 @ Oct 26, 2005 - 3:33 PM) And it looks pretty OK too. When their (assumingly expensive) PR/advertising department can only think of that, you know the car looks like a pile of crap. This post has been edited by Mr_E: Oct 26, 2005 - 4:08 PM -------------------- JDM ST205
