looking at that auctions really pissed me off this morning. Most celica oners in US who ARE aware of the swap and or GT-4 are dreaming of the swap and would never never try selling it (with exception of dg_performance who is out of his mind anyways lol) but why in the world would he spend a whole bunch of time and money to then sell it 5000 miles after it was completed... unless he is not telling us something

It probbaly chokes to death, or has a hard time starting, or idleing. I know of a few people who have this problem in there swapped MR2 clips to 6G. I think its the wiring that they screwed up on somewhere or its not tuned right. Then again, perhaps the owner spend too much and is in debt now, kinda like me

95sweetness, did you check out the car? I am NC and also interested in this car. I will most likely do the swap myself but this car seems like a good deal. However, I could not offer him 11.5k for it. The most I can afford is 9.5k so if he's getting desperate maybe he'll accept the offer.

yea i checked the car out..it is super clean n everything great condition..the car PULLED SOOO HARD it was insane..0-120 was crazy fast...i might be buyin it ..dependin if i get the loan

now here is the question: whether he is asking 50K or 7K for it.. unless he has a reserve on the car (and by reserve I mean have that option enabled, literally).. if i bid 7001 for it he is ibligated ot sell it for that amount. This brings me to conclude that regardless of what he wants.. car is getting sold for amount bid. Unless he wants to deal with ebay and risk being fined etc for false advertising.

goodbye old red coupe st.... welcome new (ummm... not so new) silve st205 hatch that car has insane acceleration!! and interior is so clean its amazing it even smells brand new... no leaks no colorfull smoke from engine or exhaust, idles nicely.... threw in piaa foglights, adjustable coilovers, winter wheels+tires, whoa... whoa... whoa.... wtf.... wtf... whoa... im outta words.... |
