Not a chance. The liftback ones have different mounting brackets, are longer, and wouldn't fit at all. Get to advance auto they got struts for $20 a piece if you are cheap just buy one it'll hold the trunk up for a while.

What are you talking about, the struts that hold the trunk up, or suspension struts? I'll assume the latter because this is in suspension and not interior. The struts will fit, the only thing it won't work with is superstrut suspension. Since you have a GT check with your Toyota dealer to see if you have the sport suspension package, in that case you'll need to replace the entire strut in the front (because the new ones are cartridges) or buy used ST strut housings.

so, call the dealership.. find out if i got superstrut suspension

im pretty sure its the cartridge + the housing, theirs already springs mounted on the strut,

so the hatch struts will fit my coupe.. awesome thanks a ton man

Oh whoops yeah I meant the liftback struts for the liftback itself. Not the suspension ones. Stupid me.
