im wonderin if there is a lowering kit for the celicas and if so how much they are and where i can get one.

You might consider searching the "suspension" forum. There's a lot of good info on what there is for our cars. Plus, ebay is a great place to start looking for actual parts.

Tein S-Tech's on eBay are your best bet. Cheap, and they perform awesome.
