i was thinking of 3sgte engine but really hard to find one really...if you do happen to know what places sells them besides ebay....that'll be cool....no doubt that 3sgte is the best engine to have one under celica's hood biggrin.gif but right now...i only found 4age silver top from doc or dr tweak. and yea...XD = eyes really hard with your mouth open really wide

3S-GTEs aren't hard to find. Just call some places and ask for a price on an ST185 Clip. Or, and importer for an ST205.

3SGTEs are easy to locate. I'm about a day's drive from you, if you want to come here for the swap. smile.gif

I think Jay had his swap done for him from that guy in Florida. He drove his car down there so the swap would be done by the best. But hes very knowledgeable in everything 3s swap!

I would highly recommend Carl Crawford from Speed Source in Champaign, Illinois. Tweak is talented too, and is a BARGAIN if you don't mind the drive.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

For an engine, check out www.venus-auto.com and www.gspeedcorp.com and tell them that Dr Tweak from Phoenix Tuning in Vermont sent you smile.gif

Bought 2 motors from Jarco (jarcoinc.com) and the motors have been top notch.

CJ motorsports used to have some major 5S/3S swaps - located near Chicago. http://www.cj-motorsports.com

i think you want to swap a 4age is cause you watched Initial D lol.. you wanna be takumi lol. but yea. if you have a GT (5sfe), might as well swap in a 3sgte. alot easier.
