i wanted to know if the TRD springs is worth buying....if not which springs or coilovers are...i dont want to drop my car too much just about an inch or an inch and half....let me know your thoughts

I have em on mine,, the work good but sit too high for me so thinkin bout drop zone coil overs... The TRDs drop you about an inch,,

That's the bad things about springs, so make sure you get the right size drop otherwise your gonna end up spending more money on another set of springs. I'm gettin coilovers for the simple fact that i will be able to raise and lower it as needed. But i'll probly be droppin it anywhere from 1.75-2.5in with my 18s.

AHH but with springs your not always screwing with em or wanting to change em,, put em in and your done,,, Mine came on the car so bonus for me... but still sitting too high so thinkin bout the drop zones as I'm doing new struts anyway might as well make a change while in there ahaha

when somebody gets tom's, we'll make a descision on what the best springs are. As of now though, Eibach sportlines.

I personally dont like that the TRDs only drop an inch i want around 2"

just so you know, the TRD springs are made by eibach..
the pro-kit is a 1" drop also and about 30$ or so cheaper.... i've *heard* (not sure) the eibach's pro kit spring rate is a bit higher VS the TRD...just a little somthin to make your head spin a little more!! lmao J/K.. biggrin.gif

I bought some INTRAX springs for my celica before and it kept eating the inner part of my tires like crazy (camber problems).. It was a 1.5" -> 2" drop..

I replaced em with the TRD springs and never had the problems ever since..

Does anyone on here have the Dropzone springs ? If so are they giving you any camber problems?....like eating the inner part of the tire?
