Most of the bolts are obvious.

Start with the underneath - Remove all bolts/screws from the trim piece immediately under the bumper, this should come off on its own and leave the rest of the covers in place. Note that if you have the two splitters on each side these will come off too.

Next the top bolts - With the bonnet up you should be able to see four bolts and two screw clips, these all need to be removed.

Next in the foglight recess you will see two push in clips, they are at the top of the recess near the front of the bumper. Pop those out.

Lastly the hidden, tricky bolts - To get to these you will need to loosen or remove the wheel arch trims, after this you should be able to see into the bumper space, and spot the three nuts you need to undo that attach the bumper to the side of the car. You'll need a very long socket drive to get at them.
Good luck

This should allow the bumper to come off nicely, the three bolts on each side may need some convincing though. At this point a fair warning for the weary traveller, those bolts are real nasty, they will scratch the bejesus out of the wing paintwork if you let the bumper flex back in. This goes as much for removing as for fitting.
