Dunno yet I just got all the stuff in today and need somebody to help me build this. All the reviews said it was a pretty good product and it is compatible with everything else too. Ill let you know as soon as I get it up and running.

cool, I have that same dvd burner in both my computers, very good one, make sure to switch the face plate to match the case tongue.gif

I'm running XP x64 on my 64 bit pc its pretty good but gana convert to x32 just because you dont gain as much as you lose, compatability is worth more to me then the little extra speed i get out of it. what good is a fast computer is if you cant take advantage of it right.

I heard of some compatability problems with the 64 bit, what stuff did you have problems with?

well its kinda weird, like the software to my sound card, (sound blaster x24 somthing) did not install because it errers saying your OS is not campatable, but if you install it without using the auto install the drivers work, maily install errers (although x64 can identify 32 bit programs and install em differantly its not perfect) video drivers are avalible from nvidia which work and are cool ( I have a 7800 GT, works great) a very weird problem is with games, the worst i've seen is Juiced (game that Is awsome) it has massive problems, will work sometime but out of no where the timing is gone, will run the game like 1 frame a sec, but still run, like does not err out or crash, just runs slow and yet runs too fast in the menu's like all the animated menus and stuff are going twise as fast.

for the most part its good, I like it but just like any OS, its got problems.
needs a service pack to fix em and they have not releced one yet.

the biggest benafit speed wise that i have gotten is in video rendering, (I use Ulead Video Studio 9) when rendering a movie or somthing it really speeds though it but then again I cant say the OS is whats helping, I'm running a 4200+ X2 with AINOS so it clocks up the proc when needed.
