How much horsepower can you obtain using stock rods, pistons, etc. on a 3sgte? Also, I see alot of people mentioning upgrading to forged internals. Are the 3sgte's forged from the factory?

Anything much above 350BHP then you want to fit forged internals for longevity of engine life...I dont think that the 3sgte is forged in stock form. |

yeah, it should hold up to 300-350ish just fine as long as you have.... a good tune, and a healthy motor to start with.
some people have even done 400hp+, but if thats your goal, just build up the motor anyway. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
