I'm looking at the potential of using a heavily modded 3SGE motor for a rally car project. Aside from the VVT-i gear, what are the main differences between the Gen 3 and Gen 4 motors? Am I correct in saying that the Gen 4 has an alloy block? If this is the case, anyone know what the weight differences are between the two motors?
Cheers
Gary
