i was thinking about putting a 8" sub in the trunck to give the system a little more punch, and since money is a little tight, i was wondering how hard it would be to just make my own simple sub box. i mean, a box isn't hard to make, i was just wondering what i would all need to do to make it sound right and to make sure it is all sealed right. so if anyone has some tips, plans from ones that have been made, or whatever ya got, it would be an amazing help. don't really want to spend almost $200 for a simple sub box. thanks

You will definately want an aftermarket amp to hook the sub up to. My advice is search online. I have found a few simple sub box designs, you will definately just want a Sealed Box. It also depends on the sub you get as to the depth and what not...

When you get ur amp's them things might come with an instructions on box dimensions. If there weren't any call up manufacturer and ask for spec's. Building the right box is what will make or kill your bass smile.gif

For the 10" one, could you tell me what the dimensions are? Also, do you have that spare tire hump thing too?
