How do I remove these two outside trim pieces:

The bottom one circled in green I can access by removing the door panel...it looks as if it's held in very tightly by plastic clips that need to be pulled back with a screwdriver...does the trim just pull directly up once the clips are pushed away? Also, how do you deal with the large clips on both ends?

As for the top one, I have no idea how it comes apart...anyone know how?

I was wondering about these and the side windows too. I was going to just paint with everything masked off but it would be better to remove everything like this

I think the top (red) one is just pushed onto the bodywork, not sure exactly.
The lower (yellow) one is a pain in the neck. It has a couple of push fasteners and its clipped into a couple of brackets inside the door. I tried pulling/levering as hard as I dare without breaking it but it wouldn't come off so I had to mask it up.

Good luck mate.
