alright, it's leaking oil terribly. It must've leaked about 2 quarts in 3 weeks or so. Oil was changed about a month ago. It's coming out where it's circled in green. Covered where it's red. Any ideas what this might be or suggestions? I don't feel like taking it to mechanic yet as money is tight.

ive got the same problem, not as much oil tho. we just need to change our head gasket, and im doin the whole head gasket set (metal head gasket for turbo).

is that not just a valve cover? that's not where the head gasket is let me see

Thats the valve cover gasket you got highlighted in green.

replace the valve cover gasket, about $30 at autozone. theres a how-to on the site i think.

$30??? $13 at o'reillys but since I dont work there anymore I hate that place somewhat.

Very easy change, remove the spark plug holders at the top and stick a flat head into the cover and gently slide up to remove.

my engine isint that clean and its still below 100 miles...

thats not head gasket.
thats a VALVE COVER gasket.
you can get a new one @ toyota for like 14$.
