As some of you may know this guy was selling rims on this site. I contacted him about a set of gram lights. We deicided that i would send him half on paypal($410) , and the other half would be COD through UPS ($400) I sent him the money then he tells me his supplier bailed with my money. He never mentioned a third guy in our transaction. Now he wont give me my money. Heres the original post he had up
His original post I was able to some information from the number he gave me. His name is Jeremy Gentry his phone number is 336-946-2442 the number is registered to Karen and Derrick Dingwall- I spoke to Karen and she told me that Jeremy is in fact part of the family but that he comes and goes as he pleases address 829 Woodview Ridge Trl Lewisville, NC 27023-7627 Paypal claim is in effect, but after breaking my turbo i really need the money now. And he wont send it. These are the kind of people that ruin internet purchasing. Perhaps part of the 6gc NC family should pay him a visit. Paypal will get 90% of your money back.

im on it. I can clean dental records, birth records, and his entire family. no im joking, but i agree, these people who run big scams like this really do suck, good thing you did it through paypal so you can get some of that money back. For all my big purchases i do it through some kinda store. I leave the forums for small purchases.

he had a selling thread for some injectors and other stuff and i PPed him the money for the fuel pump he was "selling" and i've not seen the item, nor has he replied my emails

If you paid with a credit card through paypal, you can demand from paypal 100% of the money. If they don't give it all back to you, then get in touch with your credit card company. They usually will refund you 100%. I had a guy who ripped me off on here a couple of years ago. I worked through the CC company, and got all my money back.

Bring some wrenches and hammers. Seriously thats a hella lot of money and I wouldnt stand for that. Ask some guys here a favor and have them go over there. Im pretty sure there are some people here that are willing to help you out. That amount of money is not petty and thus his actions is considered a criminal act. You have proof as well so you have a good arsenal to support your case. Hurley's gonna be the camera person ? |
