Gag me. Wheels were nice, but that's about it. Who needs 2 terabytes of memory??? And what did they do with the motor???
Holy Crap!!!! You guys see how tall that shifter is?!?!?!? *Edit* I'm typing this as I watch it. This post has been edited by Fastbird: Jul 27, 2006 - 9:26 PM -------------------- |

yeah dude, i got a look at that 3 foot high shifter as well. and they didnt do a damn thing to the engine, or at least they didnt show anything, not even a simple popping of the hood. as for the 2 terabytes, thats just ridiculously retarded and a waste of money. no one needs a million songs....4 years of music without hearing the same song twice

LOVE THE PAINT. i kinda like the vader 2 kit on that car, it needed to be lowered, and the 2 terabites of memory is just retarted. The 130degree doors...a little much, but all in all i think exterior looked good, interior made me wanna puke.

the car was hideous...not my style..maybe the paint would have looked good if they car didn't have the vador kit on it...maybe something a lil more simple to set off the complexity of the paint. oh, and 700,000 songs..pretty ridiculous! i kept thinking the whole time watching it "GIVE ME THOSE MIRRORS!!"

Yes Miguel, I do believe I said that.
It wasn't as awful as I thought it would be, but wow.......wayyyy to busy with the colors. It looked almost as mismatched as it did going into the shop! It was ok though I suppose, at least it wasn't a 6th gen. -------------------- 3rd gen ST205 3SGTE - Alive and boosting. |

That shifter is really funny. My brother has GT-FOUR and there was the same long trucker shifter. The Car looks like a "alien space ship" or something....and I don't thing they doing anything with a engine ar brakes. I thing they just clean it up and that's about it.

They usually do some kind of engine tuning, but the "bling bling" exterior and interiors are ALWAYS only highlighted on the show. Once in a while, they will show what was done with the engine. I remember reading in the newspaper way back that they went through two or three rebuilt transmissions on the car before one worked right!

I just finished watching it, us west coast guys have to watch stuff 3 hours later than you east coast guys do. I actually think it wasn't that bad! I mean, if you consider what they normally do on pimp my ride, like glass chandeliers in cars and such. 2 terabytes of memory is a bit excessive, but it didn't take up too much space, so why not as long as someone else is paying for it! The color wasn't too bad, I think it would've looked better in one solid color, but it wasn't too bad. the interior at least matched the exterior. plus, it was all custom carbon fiber! who doesn't love custom carbon fiber interiors? with the trunk, at least they didn't put in a hot tub and like 37 subs like usual! just that computer. I dunno wtf was up with the bike, but take that out, donate it to somewhere, put the spare tire back, and tada! I personally would not mind owning that car! just 3s swap it and it would be fantastic!
