one colder should only be installed if your about 50hp more then stock?

and one step colder would be a NGK BKR6E

you add one to get cold minus to get hot

stock is 5
cold is 6
hot is 4

the first guy just gave you a stock plug number kindasad.gif
i gave you the information on how to figure it out and the colder one

"and one step colder would be a NGK BKR6E"

why not try and go to ngks website and researching it wink.gif

and like i said if your a stock 7afe then i wouldn't change the plug temp that leads to problems but if your boosted a 1 step colder would be fine
