Hey everyone,
I just realized that my Celi, even though it's a 94, has one of those bumpers from 96 and later cars with fog lights...though the fog lights aren't quite lined up and don't work. I wonder if they're even the same kind that came with those Celis. Anyways, for those of you that have the market bumpers and fog lights, would you mind posting some close-up pics so I can see how it all lines up? I want to see if there is anything I can do to make it look better. Oh yeah, and for those of you with those market fog lights..how do they turn in in your cars? I have a switch that does nothing to the left of my steering wheel, above my alarm light, and since the fog lights as far as I can tell don't work, I'm thinking that's the switch and the connection is just screwed somewhere. Thanks in advance. This post has been edited by mzztoyota: Aug 26, 2006 - 11:44 AM -------------------- "I bet you drive a standard." "You could make some money off that bet." :D |

Yes those are OEM foglights and that switch is most likely for the fogs and the person who installed it did it ghetto. Your just going to have to trace the wire from the switch to where ever it leads. But before you do that, did you ever try replacing the bulb first in case its burnt out?

Yeah, haven't gotten around to playing with them yet, but that's the first thing I'll try...I'm just wondering if the fog lights I have are actual factory lights or if the guy just bought some random ones and shoved them in the space where the factory ones should have gone when he replaced the bumper...
Since I have to replace the bumper, perhaps I should be looking around for some sexy after-market ones? edit: you can kinda see in this pic what I mean about my foglights not really lining up...they're kind of hiding way back in the bumper...I don't think they're supposed to, but a comparison photo would be nice This post has been edited by mzztoyota: Aug 26, 2006 - 11:48 AM -------------------- "I bet you drive a standard."
