So do those hood cover / wind deflector things work? One thing I like about our hood is the curves behind our headlights. Will this wind deflector be shaped like these curves, or will it just hide them?

Where should I purchase it?

instead of a hood deflector, you should try getting the 3M invisible bra. It works really well is is prettey cheap. You just need in on the nose of the car.

I'll stick with a little touch up paint. I bought mine and it had quite a few. I just kinda ignore them.

I got stuck behind a friend that spun out on a pebble driveway, so i've got tons of them along with a big chip near my fog light (can be seen in profile pics). I'd have to agree with those that say be careful when driving. I would also advise to stay plenty behind big semi's until you can pass them quickly; as they seem to kick up the most.

Ive got a wolf bra on my 94 celli, and I love the look. Then again I have a black car. Check ebay, you can get them extremely cheap. Like 15 dollars. Just check the persons rating. And watch the years, I believe the front bumpers changed from 94-95 / 96-99. Good luck.

I've had this same problem a couple years ago and then I got into an accident. Now I have a new hood and all is good. But, I definately don't suggest getting into an accident to get the hood looking like new.<<<<<<This is obvious

Be careful with any kind of bra for your car. As I understand it, the longer you leave it on, the paint will fade underneath it, and it will basically do more harm than good.

Lol.. you're putting it on your car so you WON'T **** it up, but it ****s it up anyway if you leave it on for extended periods of time. it's kinda like drawing a design on your body & sitting in the sun. You know?

The same applies with the clear bra... fading is an issue... so either way, it's rock chips or fading...

There was some idiot in a super done up accord.. was almost touching the ground and he was tailing me non-stop.. even when I changed lanes (many times on this 6-lane road) .. tapped on t breaks.. he just laughed..

We approached this strip where they were building 5 - 35 storie skyyrises.. so the street is covered in dirt and rocks from all the dump truck activity.. so as soon as my car was on the dirty/pebble part.. I dropped from 4th to second.. punched the gas... and kicked up a ton of rocks/dirt .. and flew away.

Was he pissed! He chased me down to the next red light. Started screaming.. bitching.. got out of the car.. lights went green.. I bailed.. he hopped in and sped as fast as he could.. only to get busted in a speed trap smile.gif

hehe

So. Yeah. Following close is bad.

Shaun
