Is it possible to make the steering on our cars quicker? I would like it to be quicker to turn like a race car or sports car, I really hate how much i have to turn the wheel especially when multi-tasking, cell phone, cig, shifting, radio, flipping bird, choking passenger etc.. It would help the most when I do some power slidding in wet parking lots....

Just get real good at flipping that wheel with both hands, or one with the other on the e-brake. The only way I could think of actually making that possible would be to make the steering shaft larger, with a larger gear at the end, so the more you turn the wheel, the more work is being done, ehh.

See if there are different gear ratio for our steering gear in your car shops.
Or may go custom, by fitting a steering gear you know is quick from another car.....what a job.....

Not worth doing. You'd have to tear out a lot of junk to get to it...
