see if you cant find something reasonable at the junkyard....better yet, sue the person who hit your car with the bat for the cost of repairs, that way you can get ALL dealer parts and ALL dealer work.

Step 1... get a bat
Step 2... find the guy
Step 3... tell him to pay for the damage, if he refuses to pay continue to step 4
Step 4... hit the guy with the bat until his airbags deploy
Step 5... take satisfaction in your ability to settle debts
Step 6... if you want to spend lots of money go to step 7, if not skip to step 8
Step 7... buy all replacment parts... sensors, bags, and control module.
Step 8... get an aftermarket racing type wheel and a hub adapter, and have passenger side of dash repaired
Step 9... VERY IMPORTANT!!!! don't get in any more fights with guys that have bats, unless you have something that is more deadly.

^^ nice one david. I agree with both of you guys on this one. You can try to go to a junkyard and hope they have something or you could get an aftermarket steering wheel and adapter. Its all about what you want and your monetary situation. Good luck.

keep in mind that NOT having a steering wheel could be illegal and in the event of a crash your insurance could decline medical claims because you dont have and airbag that was supposed to be there. part of the cars crash rating is based on that airbag being there.
