is that with modification? i want to put 18"s with 40 series tires on. would that work just fine and dandy? that car looks like it has some suspension mods done (hydros) so you would think they might have done something with the wheel wells?

18's will work no problem.

35 but you might have some rubbing, go with 18s..the ride will be a lot better with a 215 40 18 tire..215 35 19 and you'll feel every grain of sand on the road wink.gif

Brian how come you went with 17's? Are you happy with them?

i think that 1exquizitcelica has 19" rims with no rubbing

i believe that the reason that brian went with 17's among other peeps here is because big rims look nice. but to big you will get a very bumpy ride and pop a lot of tires because of how thin the the sidewalls have to be to be able to fit inside the wheel wells.

click on my sig and see them on the car...it also tells you what series tire I have on the car. And for the final time, it does no rub...and the car is lowered 1.5 inches according to the springs...but I believe it to be about ~1.2 to 1.3 inches...
