So, with all the recent problems ive been havin with my celica, and also now that im livin on my own, ie kinda been thinkin of gettin ri of her for somethin a little bit better/nicer. So, ive been thinkin of gettin somethinwith more space, and somethin that will be practicle for now, and for the future for when i get a family, etc. *yes im young, but things are in my future and this is gonna b a car im gonna plan on holding onto for awhile.* Any ways, ive been thinkin of either a big 2dr sports coupe, sport sedan or sport wagon(ie matrix, mazda 5, etc). So, ive been thinkin i might wanna get any of these cars, just to make it somethin thats fun/cool/practicle.
1: 91 Toyota Soarer (SC400) But Soarer so it would be RHD. 2: 91 Nissan Skyline GTS 4dr (with an SR20 instead of RB 20 for better weight distrubition) 3: Nissan Cefrio (RHD RB26) 4: Toyota Matrix XRS (put airbag suspention in) 5: Mazda 5 GT 6: 2007 Camry SE 4cylindr (leased) 7: 91 Skyline GTR (just for fun) All of these cars are in my price range, somewhat, are somethin practicle, fuel efficent (well...not a big big engine) and all of them are fun cars to drive. I wouldnt be gettin any thing untill about spring time, so for thouse 91 models, they could be 92 models aswell. Any ways, witch one do you think i should get? This would be a daily driver, and also eventually the family car for when i first have kids. Aka, i want this car for like at least 6 or 7 years. |

i was thinking the same thing but y the camry se and not the ce I mean the ce is basically the 06 le's and it comes in manual. But then again I assuming you like the more sportier look of the se.

I like the matrix, comfortable, nice riding, just needs somemore balls. Its got the same motor as the new celi, but its very sluggish..so if i got one, i would do an air intake, exhaust, and try n get some more power out of her. My gf's family has a 2004 Matrix XR and its kinda shady on the highway, it takes for ever for it to accelerate up to 100km/h, 60mph..even with the VVTI. Its more on the list for looks and size. Plus they look sick if they r slammed. |

then the R32 GT-R I drove an 04 matrix and i know what you are talking about. It feels dead on the highway. i swear my ST feels like it would woop up on it no problem. -------------------- |
