ok so the swap is running and we have gotten her to drive, but the brakes are lacking ... they work only to the floor but barely... (ebrakes not on there right now, no pads or nothing at the moment.)

they are bled and have fluid in the res... my thoughts are.. maybe there is still air in the lines? the pedal does not pusle at all just is pretty weak to the floor and works barely....

any ideas?

re-bled the brakes, they work a lot better now.. ill check the booster though too.

The e-brake pads are off completly since the pads are dead and so are the cables. I'm going to buy new ones from toyota
