Whenever i first get in my car after its been sitting a while and start it up and turn the wheel it makes this wierd clicking noise but as far as i know its not to often and it sometimes happens when im reversing out the driveway and i start to turn and hit the brakes to slow a little but its worse with the brakes does anyone know what this could be? and how much to fix it

Sorry if what I just said doesent make much sense

how many miles does your car have on it? sounds exactly like the problem i had on mine.

its ure cv joints if u dont get that fixed u could be driving down the road ure axel could go an ull fly straight into whatever is in ure path seriously id get that fixed

i had a camry an for that it was 90 bucks for the piecec an i did it myself
a garage will probably charge ya 100 a axle

Hmm.. i'd look for the most simple solution first, visually inspect where you think the noise might be coming from. I knew some chick who kept bringing her c ar in to the shop because she heard a "ticking" noise, turns out it was just a pebble in the tire tread. lol

well i can get the labor for free since my stepdad is a mechanic for toyota i was just curious on the cost of the part but hell if its that cheap and i forget how much he gets off parts that will be cheap as hell to replace
