I have seen rottweilers and pitbulls that are the most loving of dog...now they are trying to say a 6 week old pittbull attacked a 1 month infant....give me a f*cking break......that ticks me off............these stupid rednecks need to take some responcibility for themselves......come on 6 weeks....the pup probabily doesn't even know how to eat dry food!

ok rant over

It really happened. It was all over the news. The baby should have never been left sleeping by the dog and thats the bottom line. They shouldnt penalize the dog it doesnt know any better. Im pretty sure the parents were arrested though. They were young if I remember correctly from the news.

pitbulls were about to be banned in ontario (the entire province). Now they are semi banned. You can have them, but when outside they have to have muzzels on them all the time. Its stupid. Its not the dogs that are bad, just the owners.

EDIT: AWW, that puppies sooo cute. And its shaking. How can a puppie that just barely got off weening be vicous enough to bite off a kids toes? Somethin sounds a little fishy in this thing. They didnt see the dog do it, the parents look like they just got out of highschool, livin in a trailer park...somethin doesnt add up here.

I cant view the video but from what im hearing it should be the parent's fault. A puppy doesnt know any better, so it should be the parent's responsibility to think ahead and put the baby out of any harm's way. Hopefully they dont do anythin to the pup.

I think its sad that you are worried about the puppy not the kid.

While I find it hard to believe that the puppy had done it.

I just think its very alarming that people are like that poor puppy when that little baby girl now has to grow up with no toes because an animal bit them off, and her parents are to retarded to have a baby.

i feel sorry for the baby too...not cuz she lost a toe, but cuz she has to live with those people for the rest of her life...

the way i look at it is...the baby still gets to live...now because of some stupid parents that can's be responsible work crap and look after their month old child that all good parents know should be in a crib not the floor......the puppy is possible going to be put down. at 6 freaking weeks old...not because of what it did but because a "pitbull" puppy did it. you know how many stupid things happen like this but with "aggresive" or "unpredicable" breeds (rotties, pits, gernman shepards, ect) it is more of a deal.....and it's not the dogs fault, same with the child it's all how that animal / person is raised ...that darn pup doesn't even know what chewing it yet.
