Take the door handles off. Then take some bondo stuff...slap it in there...form it to the door...so it would look good if it were painted. Wait til it dries. Then sand it all smoothe...paint it to match (I'd take it to a body shop) and there ya go. Then buy Autoloc's door popper thingy with the solenoid.
Autoloc's Shaved Door Handle Kit Yeah there ya go. Talk to 1exquizitcelica for more...he shaved lots of stuff on his car. -------------------- 95 Toyota Celica GT

its quite involved, your gonna want a shop to do it. just to give you an idea a proper job would consist of sanding down the surrounding area, removing the handle, welding a piece of metal to cover the hole, sanding it down, bondoing over it, sanding again, painting. oh and you also gotta install the solenoid, but thats pretty straightforward so

Another method i saw done was cutting metal ovals for the holes so that if you accidently hit it you wont punch a hole thru ur door. Still using bondo, but bondo a piece of metal which is cut to fit the hole.
Also, your obviously going to get door poppers but always remember the safety popper you gotta put on ur car, in a wheel well or something. Cuz keys are going to be useless and its VERY VERY easy to get locked out. -------------------- |
